Color Separations for Screen Printing

We will create a custom separation tailored to your production floors needs. Specializing in simulated process separations on dark substrates for automatic and manual screen printing presses, we can tackle anything that you send our way! We will separate, call pantone colors, flashes, select mesh and print order for all seps! All separations will be delivered as a Adobe Photoshop PSD with the separations located in the channels.

Digital Direct to Garment File Prep

Just can’t hit that color? Can’t get your base to work? Don’t sweat it! We have prepared thousands of graphics for direct to garment printing on the Kornit Avalanche and Kornit Paradigm I /II. All prepped files will be delivered as flattened TIF’s with the base and highlight white in the channels.
